(‘ Gold Mountain ‘) and its two subsidiaries, Bayshore Minerals Incorporated and Elk Gold Mining Corporation (‘ Elk Gold ‘) have been placed under receivership proceedings.

The Company is currently closely monitoring this situation and will update its shareholders and the market of any material developments.
